At Mango Market, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we prioritize replacing it with a new one. If a replacement is not possible, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Change of Product

If the product you receive is damaged or defective, you have the option to request a replacement. Here’s how the process works:

  • Contact Us: Email us at info@mangomarkethub.com within 1 hour of receiving your product. Please include your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos of the damaged product).

  • Review and Approval: Our customer support team will review your request. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the product at no additional cost to you.

  • Replacement: The damaged or defective product will be replaced with the same or a similar product of equal value. If the exact product is no longer available, we will discuss alternative options with you.

3. Requesting a Refund

If a replacement product is not available or cannot be provided, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund Process: After determining that a replacement is not possible, you may request a refund. Please note that the refund amount will not include the original delivery cost or the cost of returning the product to us.

  • Refund Amount: The refund will be issued for the product purchase price only. Shipping and delivery costs (both to and from) are non-refundable.

  • Replacement Shipping: If a replacement product is sent to you, Mango Market will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
  • Refund Shipping: If you are required to return the damaged product, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
