At Mango Market, we strive to ensure that our customers receive exactly what they order. However, we understand that there may be instances where a return is necessary. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted and the responsibilities of both Mango Market and the sellers.

2. Conditions for Return

Returns are only accepted under the following condition:

  • Incorrect Product Received: If you receive a product that is not the same as the one you ordered, you are eligible to return the product for a replacement or refund. Please notify us within 1 hour of receiving the product.

3. Return Process for Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@mangomarkethub.com within 1 hour of receiving the product. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos of the incorrect product).

  2. Review and Approval: Our customer support team will review your request and, if approved, will provide instructions for returning the incorrect product.

  3. Replacement or Refund: Once the incorrect product is received and verified by the seller, a replacement will be sent to you. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued for the product purchase price. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Returns for Products that Match the Order

If the product you received matches the one you ordered but you still wish to return it:

  • Seller’s Discretion: The return and replacement of a correctly delivered product will be handled at the discretion of the individual seller, based on their local policies. Mango Market is not responsible for facilitating these returns.

  • Negotiation with Seller: You may contact the seller directly to negotiate a return or replacement. Please be aware that any associated costs, including shipping, will be the responsibility of the customer and the seller as per their agreement.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Perishable Goods: Items such as food and flowers that are perishable cannot be returned once delivered.
  • Custom or Personalized Items: Products that have been customized or personalized to your specifications are non-returnable unless they were delivered incorrectly.
  • Digital Goods: Digital products, once delivered, cannot be returned.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Incorrect Product Returns: If you are returning a product because it is not what you ordered, Mango Market or the seller will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Correct Product Returns: If you are returning a product that matches your order, all shipping costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the customer and will be negotiated directly with the seller.
